What's the Story?

Alright so I created this blog to help keep me motivated and keep track of my progress to get to my ultimate weight loss goal. So here's some background info about me....

Through high school I was relatively skinny... 5'7 between 120 and 135 (max) (that's me in the middle)

Thennnn I got to college.... I started off wicked confident since I was single for the first time ever! and I didn't even notice the weight I was putting on until like January... I was weighing about 145 -150 and I was disgusted. Then I started seeing 152 and when I got home from school for the summer I weighed 165!! I knew that I had to change something. (black dress is me from one of the first weeks of college)

So I started trying diets.... I tried the HCG diet eating only 600 calories a day... started at 165 - got down to 147 in 2 weeks...then I caved gave up... gained back some weight and was back at 150. (middle one is me on the HCG diet down about 10 pounds at the time from what I was...look at those legs...gross)

Then I got insanity (the work out program) I felt really fit doing it and lost about and inch but I did not loose any weight at all so I got really frustrated after a month straight of not loosing weight and I quit.

I tried fasting for about 2 days....on the third day I binged like a crazy person...

Now I've just been trying to eat lesss... although when I am bored...or depressed I go to eating and it really sucks...

I feel disgusting about myself and I need to change but it is so much harder than just knowing you need to change. I have read everything there is to read and done everything there is to do but its just sooooo hard! I read Skinny Bitch and it was actually really great and life changing and I decided to become a vegetarian transitioning into a vegan gradually. I also watched videos by tearsnomore87 and really enjoyed them because I feel as though I am on a similar journey.

Here are my goals!
HW - 165
SW - 155
CW - 152
GW1 - 145
GW2 - 140
GW3- 135
GW4 - 130
GW5 - 125
GW6 - 120
UGW - 118

The reason I split it up like that is so that I make sure to reward myself at each weight loss interval although my ultimate dream weight is 118.

Here's what I plan to do about it!
- I was on a 1,200 calorie before and it didn't do anything and frankly I really do not think that I need that many calories. So I'm cutting it down to a max of 900 calories and exercising at least 3 times a week.  
I'm going to each the foods I like...just in really small portions... and I think I can do it! Lets seeee! my first post I'm so excited!!!! but no one is even reading this hahaha oh well :/
